Gymnastic Club Rules

1. Unless under direct Coach Supervision, Gymnastics equipment is not to be used.

2. Food and Drink are not permitted in the gym. Water bottles are allowed in the gym, but PLEASE have a secure  top on them.

3. Shoes must be removed and left in the front lobby before entering the gym.

4. ATHLETES, COACHES AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE PERSONNEL ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THE GYM DURING CLASS TIME!

5. Coaches, class times, group sizes and age ranges are subject to change at  the clubs discretion.

6. Treat all members with RESPECT and KINDNESS.

7. Try to do your best to learn, try something new and enjoy your accomplishments.

8. Athletes will NOT have cell phones in the gym during class time.

9. NO foul language!

10. PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN FROM VIEWING AREA ONLY! Families are prohibited on the gym floor during class time unless in case of an emergency.

11. Show up or drop off 5 minutes prior to class. Shoes must be left in the downstairs lobby and coat racks are                provided upstairs.

12. Classes must be paid in full at time of registration.  Payment options are online credit card, cash and e-transfer.        Registration is not complete until payment is made.

13. Classes may be cancelled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. There are no credits or  refunds for cancellations due to weather. 

14. Upon registration you are agreeing to be enrolled in the full session. There will be no credits or refunds given should you choose to withdraw before the end of the session. 

15. For camp programming, if we are given less than 3 business days notice for withdrawal, no refund or credit will be issued. 

16. All refunds are subject to a $10.00 administration fee per registrant. 

17. The GO fee is a non-refundable fee that covers the participant through the governing body of Gymnastics Ontario. Paid annually in order for the participant to be insured while in the gym. 

18. Timiskaming Gymnastics Club reserves the right to deny services provided by Timiskaming Gymnastics Club to any person for the following reasons:

Including but not limited to:

1) an outstanding account with Timiskaming Gymnastics Club

2) demonstration of unsportsmanlike behaviour deemed to be detrimental to a person or persons at Timiskaming Gymnastics Club, or the integrity of any program / service provided by Timiskaming Gymnastics Club
